About the role:

As a SaaS IT coordinator you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, integration and ongoing management of SaaS HR IT solutions. You will act as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders, technic teams and external vendor for IT related questions. Your role will include ensuring compliance to internal processes and policies, addressing non-functional requirements, following service performance and handling annual risk and security assessments.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

Proven experience in IT coordination or SaaS operations.
Understanding of SaaS platforms, IT infrastructure and Cloud -based technologies.
Excellence in organizational and communication skills, ability to work collaboratively across departments and with third party vendors.
Interested in IT security and eager to learn more.
Have a problem solving mindset.
A proactive approach, with a sense of ownership and a drive to take initiative
