About the role:

We are recruiting a Team Manager for a team responsible for the deliveries of Windows Infrastructure. The team consists of experienced engineers and developers within several technical Windows Infrastructure related services located in Sweden and Lithuania. We are delivering services to our internal stakeholders with the common aim of providing world class service to our customers.

As a Team Manager you have full responsibility for the staff in your team. You will lead, coach, inspire and follow up on the team and each team member in their daily work to secure your joint deliveries. You will have responsibility for financial forecasting and follow up together with our cross functional area services. The role as a Team Manager offers the opportunity to be a part of the Department Management Team, to be an ambassador for our Core Values and to develop our organization and deliveries.

You will report to the Hosting Department Manager and play an active role in Department Management team.

As a Team Manager, you will:

Lead, guide & inspire your team.
Drive operational excellence and drive development of the delivery roadmap with other members
Secure stable and reliable infrastructure services
Communicate and closely interact with leading representatives at the different functions as well as with managers, architects within Tech at SEB.
Ensure a healthy IT portfolio in your area from a risk, security, and compliance perspective
Manage financial targets and frames for your team.
Be part of the Department management team.
Closely follow-up on compliancy, audit & IT security exercises and drive improvements together with your team members.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

Leadership experience in the technology domain in driving high-performing teams
A proven track record in IT leadership with experience driving change in complex, business-critical, and demanding environments
Technical proficiency within infrastructure domain
A strong commitment to leadership, with the ability to build trust, attract talent, and develop people effectively
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to interact easily with all levels across the bank
Ability to balance existing operational models and strive for continuous development towards tomorrow’s ways of delivering services with Cloud, AI etc.
Fluency in English is required with well-developed written communication skills.
