SEB Kort is one of the largest providers of credit cards and payment solutions in the Nordics, serving both private individuals and corporate clients. We operate with several well-known brands, such as Eurocard, SAS, and Circle K, across all Nordic markets.
About the role:
Consumer Marketing, part of Product & Tech, is looking for a CRM Project Manager to join our team for a maternity cover of approximately 12 months, starting in September
Consumer Marketing is responsible for all communication distributed via our Marketing Automation platform (Adobe Campaign) — across both corporate and consumer segments. We own the entire process: from communication strategy and creative development, to implementation, optimization and follow-up.
You will also be part of the agile Marketing Automation team and play a key role in delivering end-to-end marketing communication through outbound channels.
Your responsibilities:
· Develop and execute marketing campaigns and newsletters
· Manage multiple campaigns and communication tracks across brands and markets
· Coordinate translations and ensure localization across Nordic markets
· Ensure communications are compliant and accurate in collaboration with Legal, Customer Service and other stakeholders
· Support some of our co-brands with strategic and operational communication initiatives
· Drive compliance-related initiatives within marketing
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
· University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
· 5+ years of experience in project management within a Sales or Marketing organization
· Experience working with Marketing Automation tools (preferably Adobe Campaign)
· Strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven mindset
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Fluent in Swedish and English
