About the role

• Responsible for developing and executing the global marketing strategy across all countries where Pedab operates.
• Managing Pedab’s marketing employees and building a high-performing, collaborative, and results-driven marketing organization.
• Establishing and maintaining a strong, consistent brand image across all markets, developing and implementing global brand strategies that reflect the company’s core values and market position.
• Optimizing marketing processes, and leverage marketing channels, tools and technologies like social media, AI/GenAI to enhance marketing effectiveness.
• Working closely with sales to ensure that marketing is supporting sales by driving marketing initiatives that create new business opportunities.
• As part of Pedab’s Management Team contribute to the overall strategy and Group operations.

You will be based in Solna, Sweden, and report to the CEO of Pedab Group. Travel occurs in this role 1-2 times per month.

About you

As a person, you are a strong team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and product teams. You have a strategic vison with sales minded thinking: always thinking about how to create synergies between sales and marketing. You have the ability to lead and manage a global team with a focus on coaching and building a high-performing culture. You think like a strategist and act like a tactician – not only develop or understand a strategy but also translate it into action and drive results.

We think you have:

• 7-10 years of experience in marketing and ready for your next step, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successful brand building.
• Strong experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in utilizing tools, technologies and social media in marketing strategies and operations.
• Strong collaboration skills with sales teams to support sales and identify market opportunities.
• Personal interest and knowledge of AI tools.

Experience in the IT or technology sector is plus.
