About the role:

As a Full Stack Solution Developer at SEB, you’ll be part of a professional and collaborative team responsible for the development and maintenance of IT applications supporting the Credit Risk processes. Our landscape includes both SAS-based applications and in-house developed solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with fellow developers to ensure the continuous improvement of our systems through development, refactoring, lifecycle management, testing, incident resolution, and other technical enhancements.

We’re currently working on several exciting initiatives, offering opportunities to work with modern technologies in a dynamic environment. You will also collaborate closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and other development teams within the Credit Risk & Capital Reporting Tribe.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

Experience with Python and React (or a similar modern frontend framework)
A solid understanding of DevOps practices and an interest in applying them
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (or other container orchestration tools)
Familiarity with SAS, Kafka, Linux – would be considered as advantage
A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
A passion for learning new technologies and applying them in real-world scenarios
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex data and systems
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, along with fluency in English
