About the role:
Group Finance Tax is responsible for the overall tax position of the SEB Group, encompassing both strategic and operational aspects. This includes providing internal tax advisory services, managing tax administration, tax audits and litigations. The team also develops and maintains the Group’s tax policies and instructions and ensures compliance with SEB’s Tax Policy in customer-related matters across the organization.
In this role, you will lead and manage the Group Tax team and take overall responsibility for the coordination and governance of SEB’s global tax community. You will monitor tax risk and compliance across jurisdictions and drive continuous improvement in tax processes and controls.
As Head of Group Tax, you will report to the Head of Group Finance and be a member of the Group Finance management team. This is a key leadership role with strategic impact, offering the opportunity to shape SEB’s tax agenda in a dynamic and international environment.
