Executive Support Officer

Get an idea of the role

As a trusted advisor and operational right-hand to the CEO, you will be expected to bring structure, insight, and foresight to a dynamic and fast-paced leadership environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage calendars, prepare high-impact presentations, coordinate leadership meetings, and handle communications on behalf of the CEO and parts of the Group Management.

• Serve as a key point of contact between the CEO, internal stakeholders, and external partners - ensuring alignment, clarity, and momentum across initiatives.

• Prepare briefing documents, turning raw data into actionable insights.

• Prepare meeting agendas, manage documentation, and capture outcomes for Group Management meetings to support decision-making and progress.

• Handle sensitive information with discretion, offering a steady hand in confidential and high-stakes environments.

On a personal level

To succeed in this role, you will likely have:

• Proven experience in a senior executive support or business operations role - ideally within consulting, corporate strategy, or a high-growth, fast-paced organization.

• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with a natural ability to bring order to complexity.

• Clear, concise, and confident communication - both written and verbal.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
