Your mission at Sitoo

Sitoo is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company on an exciting growth journey — recently backed by new funding to accelerate our expansion. With around 100 employees and offices in Stockholm (HQ) and London, we’re making waves in a disruptive market with a strong, competitive product offering.

To support our continued growth, we’re strengthening our finance team and are now looking for an experienced and driven Senior Accountant. In this role, you'll play a key part in managing our day-to-day accounting operations and helping shape the financial foundation of our scaling business.

What you will do

Day-to-day responsibility for accounting and monthly closings.
Prepare statutory monthly and annual financial statements.
Be a key contributor to internal KPI tracking and reporting and providing actionable data for management decision making.
Manage reporting to tax authorities, Company Registration Office, Statistics Sweden, etc.
Plan and coordinate work performed by our accounting consultants in the UK as well as being the primary point of contact for our auditors.
Contribute to and drive process improvement initiatives within finance and G&A.

What you’ll bring to the table

3-5 years’ experience in accounting as a consultant or in a product company
Fluent in Swedish and general international accounting standards
Can independently manage monthly closing and prepare annual accounts.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, are self-propelled, analytical and detail oriented.
Pragmatically process oriented, with a desire to challenge status quo.
Experience from the SaaS industry is a plus
