What You'll Be Doing
- Provide first-class phone, email, and chat support to Apple’s small and medium-sized business clients

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with care and efficiency

What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Danish (spoken and written)

Good command of English (minimum B1 level)

Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

Valid high school diploma and a clean criminal record

Salary & Benefits
- With free accommodation: approx. €1,300/month gross
- Without accommodation: approx. €1,550/month gross
- Bonus: Up to €200/month based on performance
