We are currently seeking an After Sales Support specialist to our newly established Business Center who provides professional and devoted support to our Import Operations, including Hedin US Motor, the exclusive importer and distributor of the Ford F-150 in Europe, Hedin Adventure Car, the official distributor of INEOS Grenadier across 11 markets in Europe, Hedin Premium Car, the importer of the prestigious brand Hongqi in 6 markets in Europe and Hedin Electric Mobility, the official distributor of BYD (Build Your Dreams) in Sweden.

Absout the role:
As an Aftersales Support specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers and dealers receive the right support in warranty issues and claims. You serve as a key link between manufacturers, suppliers, and workshops – with a strong focus on ensuring that all cases are handled correctly, efficiently, and in accordance with current guidelines. Your responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently managing and coordinating warranty cases in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements and guidelines.
  • Following up on claims and ensuring they are handled properly and within the designated time frame.
  • Communicating and collaborating with suppliers, dealers, and customers on technical warranty matters.
  • Documenting and quality-assuring warranty cases for further reporting.
  • Providing technical guidance related to vehicle functions, repairs, and spare parts in connection with warranty claims.
  • Compiling statistics and analyzing warranty outcomes as a basis for improvement initiatives.
  • Ensuring that documentation and processes comply with current import and warranty regulations.
  • Support dealers in the warranty related onboarding when staff is recruited or re-assigned for that purpose.
  • Supporting, when needed, with spare parts logistics and technical aftersales support.

Key Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and service-minded – with a strong understanding of both technology and the customer perspective. You have a structured approach and are able to drive cases from start to finish in close collaboration with various stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

  • Education in engineering, logistics, or a related field
  • Experience in warranty handling within the automotive industry
  • Solid technical understanding of vehicles and spare parts
  • Experience in claim management and communication with suppliers/manufacturers
  • Familiarity with systems for inventory, warranty, and aftersales
  • Strong customer service mindset and excellent collaboration skills
  • Excellent proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
  • A valid driver’s license (Category B)
