About the role:
As a part of the SEB Group, we at Business Services provide world-class financial services to support SEB on the journey of becoming the leader in efficiency and innovation. Our dedicated team of over 1,700 employees is focused on driving business development and growth.
In this role as a Team manager, you are responsible for leading and developing a team that perform administrative processes related to mortgages and other loans. You are part of a department with four different teams. If you’re ready to take on a leadership role where your everyday actions create real impact, this is where you get to shine—at the heart of the action.
Developing people and processes are your main responsibilities, in addition to ensuring timely customer delivery. Hence you should enjoy working with performance data and problem solving to improve ways of working. We have a culture of continuous improvements and an ambition to fully automate our processes, i.e. true automation e.g. via scripts, robotics and AI, with the ambition to deliver world-class services. As support you have your closest colleagues in Lending Service management team and the backing from different development colleagues.
In addition to leading and developing people and processes, the identification and management of non- financial risks are high on your agenda and you play an important role in creating risk awareness in the team.
You collaborate with colleagues from mainly Business and Retail Banking, Lending Services Vilnius and partly with real estate brokers and other banks. Hence you have room to explore other business areas and grow your skills further.
