Role Description:

Getinge’s Acute Care Therapies (ACT) segment is a core part of the company’s business , providing life-saving technologies designed for critical care settings like intensive care units, operating rooms, and cardiovascular procedures. The team actively collaborates across functions and sites to design and deliver innovative solutions that support patients at every stage of the care journey—from stabilization to recovery. As part of our Marketing Communications team for the Acute Heart and Lung Support area within ACT, we are currently seeking a Marketing Communications Manager (m/f/d) to support us in leading marketing communication strategies and product launch initiatives with a strong focus on our ECLS (Extracorporeal Life Support) and IABP (Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump) products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Communications Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute marketing communications strategies aligned with strategic roadmaps and based on input from key stakeholder groups within the Business Areas, Global Sales and cross-functional partners
• Lead successful product launches by developing comprehensive global launch packages and providing support for regional roll-out

Product Marketing

• Lead product marketing efforts for an assigned product portfolio, supporting promotional activities and a strong positioning in the market
• Craft and deliver customer-centric, compliant messaging and product content across Getinge platforms, maintaining alignment with commercial goals

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Oversee the creation of sales enablement materials, ensuring they effectively support commercial efforts
• Collaborate closely with Business Areas, Global Sales, and other key stakeholders to maintain consistency with overall business and commercial objectives

Project & Agency Management

• Manage and monitor project-based collaborations with agencies and creative suppliers, keeping projects on track and within budget to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery

Qualifications:

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field or an equivalent professional training with relevant professional experience
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in product marketing communications or content marketing, preferably within a global matrix organization
• Demonstrated project management skills and ability to independently drive deadline-focused initiatives
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CMS systems, and analytics tools; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
