Job ResponsibilitiesAs the department assistant, you will be an integral part of the management team, serving as the go-to person for managers and staff across the department. Your responsibilities will span administrative, operational, and strategic levels, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

In this role, fluency in both English and Swedish, both written and spoken, is essential. You likely have experience as a team assistant or in a similar role for a few years. As a person, you are flexible, communicative, and outgoing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) is crucial for success in this role.
