About the role

Group Technology risk management is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a IT Risk Manager and Divisional Security Officer. This role is crucial in supporting and coordinating risk management processes and activities in the first line of defense. The successful candidate will provide guidance and support to ensure the division's security and risk management practices are aligned with SEB Group's standards and regulatory requirements.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have

You are structured and have analytical skills required to effectively analyze and assess the overall risk exposure. You have broad understanding of and analytical ability to assess technology platforms, information security effectiveness, services and applications. You have management leadership experience with proven qualities to inspire, coach, challenge and empower people and good communication and stakeholder management skills.
