Senior QEHS Specialist - Solna

"You will join our Solna-based team to lead our QEHS initiatives and drive continuous improvement in our Sweden and Finland markets. From here, you will collaborate across the organization, coordinating business plan activities and enhancing our QEHS culture," says Associate Director, Global QEHS Business Partner, Johanna Ryssnäs 

 As a Senior QEHS Specialist at Arla, you will take lead in different activities such setting QEHS targets, tracking KPIs, coordinating business plan activities, managing incidents, and ensuring compliance with QEHS standards together with other central and local departments across. You will support our QEHS culture work, fostering a safe and sustainable environment through your work as well as contributing to our different standards and programs.

How you will make an impact

Additionally to setting targets, tracking KPIs and setting activities based on business plan, you will

• act as Incident Manager
• set routines and guidelines related to QEHS standards, manual and customer requirements supporting standard compliance
• performing internal and external GFSI audits
• enhancing QEHS culture through Cornerstone progress and surveys
• collaborate with service providers and other relevant stakeholders

Your central QEHS team consist of two Senior QEHS Specialists with different area of responsibilities, one student assistant, two EHS Operational Managers  as well as two Global QEHS Managers, you will be reporting to the Associate Director, Global QEHS Business Partner heading up QEHS for Sweden and Finland. 

What will make you successful

• University degree in engineering or equivalent, and 6+ years of experience in Food Manufacturing or related industry
• Experience with internal and external GFSI audits and HACCP
• Ability to influence stakeholders, adapt to a demanding environment
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, proficiency in Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
