About the role This role is newly created, which means that you will have great influence on setting the direction. You will be responsible for ensuring the cybersecurity of our next-generation fire safety systems. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Supporting architecture design of our new generation fire safety systems to reflect security-related requirements, standards, and guidelines.
- Conducting risk assessments according to industry best practices.
- Designing, implementing, and executing cybersecurity tests for our products.
- Supporting Agile Teams in conducting the corresponding security activities during the development process.
- Supporting verification of security requirements and conducting code analysis to identify and assess security vulnerabilities.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of defined measures based on threat and risk analysis.
- Being part of an agile development team, sharing and developing your knowledge, and mentoring other team members.
- Proactively cooperating with other teams in a global setup and striving to bring our solutions to the latest level of technology.

We don’t need superheroes, just super minds We are looking for someone who has:
- A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, and Python, especially in interfacing with embedded systems.
- Knowledge of embedded operating systems.
- Experience with tools like Kali Linux, Nmap, Nessus, Wireshark, and Burp.
- Knowledge of network technologies (wired/wireless), components (router, switch, firewall), and protocols (MQTT, DNS, IPv4, IPv6, TCP, UDP, TLS).
- Experience with fieldbus protocols (e.g., ModBus, CAN).
- Familiarity with IEC 62443 and penetration testing (preferred but not required).
