Your Tech Position and Your Team:

As a Technical Business Analyst Trainee in our Account Channels team, you’ll be at the heart of our product development process - translating business needs into clear, actionable technical tasks. You’ll play a key role in aligning user expectations with our digital banking solutions, helping to shape the services our customers rely on daily.

This role is especially suited for individuals pivoting into tech from other professional backgrounds. We value the fresh perspectives, curiosity, and critical thinking that come from diverse experiences.

Our team is a blend of different roles and expertise. We’re united by our curiosity and drive to make banking better. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment that values growth and learning - where questions are encouraged, and mentorship is part of the journey.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

• A curious and analytical mindset, with an interest in understanding how systems work and how to make them better
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• A natural drive to ask questions, explore processes, and get to the root of how things function
• A willingness to learn the technical aspects of how Agile teams deliver value - from requirements to implementation
• A collaborative attitude and openness to feedback, learning, and working closely with both technical and business colleagues
• A proactive approach to learning and problem-solving, you’re someone who takes initiative and enjoys bringing structure to complexity
• Familiarity with tools like Jira or Confluence is a plus, but not a must
