WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Senior SAP (SD) Application Expert at H&M Group, you'll lead the maintenance and development of SAP applications end-to-end, from design to testing and configuration. You'll identify gaps, provide solutions, and act as a liaison between business and technical teams. You'll work with a global SAP platform, participating in both global rollouts and strategic maintenance, with opportunities for learning and development. We prioritize compliance, quality, and efficiency in our financial and supply chain solutions.

In addition to the above, your role will involve: 

You will leverage your system and business knowledge to propose and design high-level changes for future solutions, guide roll-out designs, and secure the global template.

  • Analyze business requirements and come up with solutions. 
  • Configure and/or write functional specifications to develop new functionality. 
  • Test, support and maintain your product within SAP Customer OTC.
  • Manage the full software implementation life cycle, including configuration in SAP, test planning and execution, deployment to test and production systems, and support during and after go-live.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders including Business Analysts, Architects and Product managers.
  • Take ownership of resolving complex issues related to SAP OTC collaborating with AM teams when necessary.
  • Optimize existing SAP OTC solutions for performance and efficiency.
  • Contribute to business process optimization and automation initiatives, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains.
  • Perform impact analysis.
  • Mentor and train junior members in the team.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

SAP Customer Order to Cash is an enabling team and an important stakeholder within the E-commerce IT landscape for H&M group. The mission is to seamlessly integrate legally compliant sales data into SAP ECC, ensuring efficient payment processes, and delivering end-to-end accounting and controlling solutions. Operating with high volume, speed, and quality, we take responsibility from available stock to customer, supporting Omni capabilities across store and online channels. Whether through our own channels or external partners, we specialize in Business to Consumer, managing online invoices and serving as a reliable source of sales data for stakeholders. 

WHO YOU ARE

We believe you have solid experience in SAP Sales & Distribution, including design, concepts, principles, and configurations. You can work independently and, in a team, value knowledge sharing, and are communicative. Additionally, you have:

  • 10+ years of experience within SAP SD.
  • Should have been part of implementations and support project. 
  • Proficiency in SAP SD configuration, requirement / gap analysis, creation of functional specification, user training & documentation and support. 
  • Strong understanding of SAP SD-MM and SD-FI integration. 
  • Ability to explore alternatives to recommended solution and identify and shortlist the best solution approach.
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing pricing procedures. 
  • Strong understanding of Logistics process.
  • Strong understanding on order processing, order fulfillment, returns process, billing, consignment process, intercompany, revenue recognition, outputs, copy controls, routines ATP, IDocs and master data.
  • Strong experience in major enhancements involving RICEFW objects using APIs, BAPIs/BADIs.
  • Ability to design custom solutions.
  • Experience in e-invoicing solutions.

Additional beneficial competences: 

  • ABAP debugging skills.
  • Hands-on experience in integration with external systems. 
  • Experience within Agile ways of working is of great use. 
  • Good MS office skills, as design improvements need to be documented and presented. 
  • Experience working with S4.
  • Experience in SAP Retail is an added advantage.
