At Traton Battery Development, we're at the forefront of electrifying heavy transport solutions. Our Stack Mechanical team plays a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge battery systems that power the future of mobility. We're seeking a proactive and organized Scrum Master to guide our team in delivering high-quality results through agile methodologies.

 

Your Responsibilities

 

As a Scrum Master, you will:

 

· Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.

· Manage work in progress, backlog and capacity within the team.

· Ensure flow of cross-functional deliveries according to Traton Product Development Process.

· Support the team in breaking down complex tasks into manageable actions aligned with our roadmap.

· Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

· Identify and remove impediments to enhance team efficiency and productivity.

· Drive process improvements to enhance time to market, safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

· Promote a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability within the team.

 

Your Profile

 

We believe you have:

 

· A Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.

· Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably within engineering or hardware development teams and understand product development processes

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration.

· A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering results and continuous improvement.

· Fluency in English; proficiency in Swedish and German is a plus.
