About the role:

As an Insurance Operations Specialist in Payments & Disbursements team, you will be a part of a professional team responsible for the correct and timely administration of pension insurances pay-outs to our customers. 

As an Insurance Operations specialist you will be responsible for:

• Administration of insurance product payouts and ensuring that the process complies with AML regulations
• Providing support to stakeholders and resolving everyday issues
• Contributing to a learning culture by sharing your knowledge with colleagues
• Participating in process improvement activities
