Corporate Credit Specialist

We’re looking for a Corporate Credit Specialist to join our Credit department. In this role, you’ll focus on assessing and structuring mid-sized corporate loans. You’ll work closely with our sales organization to evaluate financing requests, assess collateral, structure proposals, and deliver credit memos to internal committees and decision-makers.

Your day-to-day will involve deep financial analysis, risk classification, and proposing credit structures tailored to both the client’s needs and our internal credit standards. Once loans are approved, you’ll also support ongoing monitoring and reassessments to manage risk exposure over time. The role offers a broad view of the credit process—from onboarding new partners to evaluating the long-term performance of existing credit engagements.

You’ll be part of a small, collaborative credit team working closely with both sales and senior management. Your insights will have a direct impact not just on individual lending decisions, but also on how we refine and improve our credit processes. We value proactive thinking and welcome those who bring both structure and the confidence to challenge existing ways of working.

Who you are

• At least 3 years of experience in SME or mid-sized corporate lending in the Swedish market
• Strong skills in credit analysis, financial modelling, and writing clear, structured credit memos
• Fluent in English, Swedish is a strong plus
