We are looking for a Workplace Development Coordinator in Workplace Operations

Workplace Operations enables the many co-workers to develop our product range in a functional, safe and inspiring workplace. You will be important in our journey where we have decided to dare to be IKEA, simplify and optimize for relevance when creating pre-conditions for our business to have the best possible products at lowest possible price.
Workplace Operations belongs to Business Performance & Support in IKEA of Sweden AB that hosts several enabling functions such as Finance Performance & Operations, Business Steering, Risk & Compliance and Legal. Business Performance & Support provides insights to different parts of the range organization making the right business decisions and by the services provided connected to our workplace gives us the right preconditions to thrive and deliver at work.
We are now looking for a Workplace Development Coordinator with experience of build coordination
You will coordinate projects, events, building/constructions etc. according to the event year cycle as well as need-based actions. Together with the rest of the team you will secure that all kind of projects, events and builds are carried out within deadline, plans and budget. You will report to Workplace Development Manager and closely collaborate with all parts of Workplace Operations as well as several other stakeholders in-, and outside IKEA of Sweden.
