IT Architect - Resurs Bank

We're on the lookout for a IT Architect to join our
transformation journey towards becoming a more competitive bank, offering superior
products and services to our partners and customers.

Get an idea of the role

As an Architect, you will:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and shape the future
architecture of the Bank’s digital banking ecosystem.
• Collaborate on large-scale projects, ensuring solutions align with business
needs and technical best practices.
• As a Domain Architect, you will focus on structuring and defining banking
domains, such as Core Banking, B2B, and Loans, leveraging your expertise to
optimize system efficiency.
• As an Infrastructure Architect, you will take a holistic view of the entire
infrastructure, diving deep into AWS, cloud architecture, and system
integrations—even getting hands-on with code where necessary.
• Solve complex technical challenges and present well-thought-out solutions that
enhance system performance, security, and scalability.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative ideas to the table.

• A Team Player – You’ll work closely with the architecture team, so collaboration and
  communication skills are key.
• Creative & Solutions-Oriented – You enjoy solving complex problems and can clearly articulate the reasoning behind your architectural decisions.
• Ready to Hit the Ground Running – You understand the challenges banks face and
  have experience tackling them head-on.
• An Experienced Architect – With at least 5+ years of relevant experience, you bring a technical mindset and a strategic approach to system design.
