Product Owner EMS

We develop and manufacture turnkey energy storage solutions, based on lithium-ion battery technology. Our goal is to engineer technology that both stores and optimizes energy as we shift towards more efficient energy usage and renewable energy sources on a global scale. About the job

We are looking for a Product Owner for EMS to join our team based in Stockholm. You will be responsible for our Energy Management System, shaping its development to meet industry demands and customer needs.

You will 

• Define and prioritize product features based on business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility
• Drive the daily backlog together with the team to ensure smooth progress and prioritization
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories
• Drive product development using Agile methodologies, ensuring timely and high-quality releases
• Ensure alignment with industry standards, compliance, and emerging trends in energy management
• Analyze performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to continuously improve the product

About you

To be successful in this role we think you have experience of:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner/ Product Manager in digital product development
• Strong understanding of energy management systems, IoT, cloud platforms, and data analytics
• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Ability to break down complex challenges and drive innovative solutions
• Experience of building prototypes and evolving into mature products
• Strong ability to engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders
• Hands-on experience ensuring GDPR compliance and strengthening cybersecurity frameworks
• M.sc Engineering or equivalent

Bonus if you have experience from:

• Ancillary services on the Utility Market (FFR, FCR-N, FCR-D etc)
• Utility trading
• New product development
