Youth LAB is a paid international internship programme at SEB. You will dedicate five weeks of time working on real and meaningful business projects. Join our dynamic Tax Compliance Reporting Solutions team within the Finance, Risk, and Data Tribe at SEB! Our experienced Baltic team of technology, data, and finance experts is developing and improving our data warehouse-based financial crime prevention and tax reporting solutions. We are excited to welcome motivated interns who are eager to learn and contribute to impactful projects in a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Participating in agile team routines.
Assisting in developing and maintaining SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts.
Assisting in incident impact assessment, analyzing and describing requirements to resolve issues, and testing emergency changes.
Proposing and developing improvements based on stakeholder needs, feedback, insights, regulatory requirements, efficiency, and gap analysis.
Maintaining clear and concise solution documentation.

To thrive in this role, we believe you:

Are a student in Higher educational institution pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other engineering field.
Have excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Are fluent in English.
Are familiarity with SQL or other database querying language, have basic understanding of secure IT development and best practices for code writing.
Have a sense of responsibility, willingness to learn continuously and positive attitude.
