Youth LAB is a paid international internship programme at SEB. You will dedicate five weeks of time working on real and meaningful business projects. One week of time you will be innovating for sustainable future and learning design thinking methods. You will also get a personal mentor who will support you throughout the internship.

As a Savings & Investment Tribe business developer intern, you will have a responsibility to understand, update and develop S&I products and services.  Your primary focus will be developing trading service and supporting related IT developments, to enable SEB in providing first class services to clients in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analysing, developing and updating business processes.
• Contributing to user experience (UX) testing, to ensure our user journeys are fluent and intuitive
• Drawing IT development requirements and providing full support for IT development
• Dealing with client issues and inquiries regarding S&I products

To thrive in this role, we believe:

• you are a student in higher educational institution​ in disciplines of finance, economics mathematics or similar,
• you are fluent in Lithuanian and English,
• you don’t take “No” for an answer, you are curious to learn by doing, and you want to apply your academic knowledge,
• you are outgoing, positive team player and possess excellent communication skills.
