Youth LAB is a paid international internship programme at SEB. You will dedicate five weeks of time working on real and meaningful business projects. One week of time you will be innovating for sustainable future and learning design thinking methods. You will also get a personal mentor who will support you throughout the internship.

We are a development team whose main focus is on customer data which means we develop the best solutions to KYC and AML areas. Being a Baltic team makes us a super team, where you will meet friendly, helpful and supporting colleagues

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working with different documentation updates.
• Working with process improvements.
• Different analyze tasks.
• Testing the processes.
• And other relevant assignments which the team may need.
