Youth LAB is a paid international internship programme at SEB. You will dedicate five weeks of time working on real and meaningful business projects. One week of time you will be innovating for sustainable future and learning design thinking methods. You will also get a personal mentor who will support you throughout the internship.

In Customer Engagement Solution team, we are responsible for deliveries related to conversational AI, remote customer servicing channels and solutions supporting SEB advisors. We support both SEB customers and advisors, ensuring seamless and efficient communication. If you are curious about new technologies and innovation in customer servicing automation, we will provide you with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work with AI-driven solutions, and be part of exciting projects that shape the future of digital customer engagement.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Detail and align requirements for products, services and channels.
• Test improved/developed functionality within respective Delivery Team.
• Provide proposals regarding developments/improvements, based on customer needs and feedback, insights, regulatory requirements, efficiency, gap analysis and proved business case and in line with segment, product, channel strategies.
• Assisting in incident impact assessment, analyzing and describing requirements to eliminate the issue, testing of emergency changes. Act according to priority set

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

• to be a student in Higher educational institution​.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Portfolio demonstrating experience with Java and Springboot.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot setup for voicebot scenario’s or Google Dialogflow setup.
• Fluency in English.
• Outgoing & positiveteam player with can-do attitude. 
• Ability to manage your time & prioritize.
