We are looking for a Cyber Security Specialist to play a central role in our Security Operations team, where you will work with incident management, threat detection, and security improvements.

About the role

As a Cyber Security Specialist, you will play a central role in identifying, analyzing, and addressing our security threats. You will work with incident management, security tools management, vulnerability management, and contribute to building and improving our security solutions.

Together with the team, you will proactively minimize security risks on a technical level by providing an operational security function for evaluation, implementation, and configuration across other teams within our tech organization. Here, you will have the opportunity to grow professionally and take ownership of driving security initiatives.

You will also work with:

• Identifying, analyzing, and managing security incidents, as well as implementing preventive measures.
• Manage and maintain security tools such as SIEM/SOAR, Vulnerability Management and endpoint protection systems as well as ensuring their effectiveness and efficiency in threat detection and response.
• Supporting the organization with security advice, educating teams on security procedures, and contributing to a strong security culture.
• Conducting regular vulnerability assessments and working with development teams to address security issues.

You will be part of the Security Operations & Engineering team in our Cybersecurity department, which consists of three Security Engineers and a product owner. The Cybersecurity department is led by our CISO and has the mission to minimize security risks on a technical level by evaluating, implementing, and configuring security solutions for the organization’s tech teams. Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a self-driven and solution-oriented Cyber Security Specialist with a passion for technical security. You thrive in an environment where you can take initiative, participate in technical discussions, and collaborate to find effective security solutions. You are passionate about optimizing and managing security tools, as well as challenging existing solutions with new ideas.

With your technical knowledge and commitment, you will actively contribute to strengthening the organization’s security. We prefer that you have a broad understanding of networks, operating systems, and cloud environments, as well as experience with security tools and automation. To succeed in this role, it’s important that you are helpful and have strong communication skills, as you will work closely with other teams within the organization.

We Would Like You to Have

• Previous experience in modern security operations and digital infrastructure (e.g., Networks, Operating Systems, Cloud, etc.).
• Knowledge of threat detection and analysis of logs, vulnerabilities, and malicious code.
• Strong proficiency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
