As part of our team of finance process specialists, you will contribute to our Business Process Excellence (BPE) program. In this role, you will collaborate closely with functional teams across the organization to design and implement a unified solution for Scandinavian Standard Nordic AB.
You will be a key player in the implementation of a new ERP system, with responsibilities spanning the entire program. Your primary focus will be ensuring that all activities adhere to established guidelines and frameworks, with an emphasis on maintaining consistency and quality across all countries involved in the rollout.

You hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, business administration, information systems, or a related field, with knowledge of financial processes, accounting, and regulatory requirements for financial reporting.
Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft tools is essential, along with strong business acumen and expertise in gathering and analyzing business requirements.
You are fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English. Additional language skills in Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish, along with experience in systems like M3 or SAP, are considered a plus.
As a person, you excel in collaboration and communication, are analytical, and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
