Junior digital strategist

For thousands of years, people have had the need to trade with one another and exchange values. Although this need is constant, the way of solving it has changed significantly the last years and will keep changing in line with deeper knowledge about what people want and how they behave. New technology and design enables exciting development in this field. EVRY is working with reimagining what financial services can be. Now, we are strengthening our innovative team and establishing a new department, Digital Design & Insight, in several Nordic countries.

About the position

We are looking for a junior concept developer to our team in Stockholm, who will help building up and shaping the new Digital Design & Insight department. It will be a multidisciplinary team, where you will have a key role, sharing your knowledge and spreading enthusiasm.

As a junior concept developer, you will explore how digital development can transform and disrupt existing ways of doing business. You will work closely with the design team and the Innovation Lab, as well as other departments within EVRY Financial Services. The projects will vary from assignments for our clients, to internal projects and self-initiated experiments and prototypes.

About you

To thrive in the role, you should be a creative and driven person at the beginning of your career, you have a passion for digital innovation and an interest for the intersection of technology and business. You enjoy collaborating with colleagues and customers, and prefer to work in a creative environment. The key qualifications are:

• A degree in digital strategy
• Knowledge and interest for innovation processes
• Understanding of the value chain and the competencies that are included for a complete digital delivery
• Strong communication skills and ability to build valuable and lasting relationships
