Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide technical support across the company
• Take ownership of the ticketing system
• Work towards a higher degree of automation/standardization in Plasman processes 
• Act as a resource in IT projects 
• Ensure policies and strategies are followed and developed
• Ensure an adequate level of IT security

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Ability to independently organize, prioritize, conduct activities necessary to maintain a stable IT environment
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Flexibility and strong problem-solving skills are essential to excel in this role

Meritorious

• Familiarity with SysAid system
• Knowledge of SCCM and/or Intune
• Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management
