The team working with IT Governance consist of highly competent and service minded people and is a critical function within SEB Kort. 

About the role

As an IT Governance Specialist, you’ll be instrumental in applying guidelines and strategies, following procedures, and addressing identified problems to ensure our IT Governance processes adhere to industry norms and support our business objective.

Together with the colleagues you will work operationally and strategically to support both Tech and Business to establish and ensuring adherence to the IT Governance framework. At the same time, you will be nurturing the culture around IT Governance in our organization.

Great communication with your team and stakeholders will be a key factor for success in this role. 

To thrive in this role, we believe you have

• Technical knowledge in order to understand SEB Kort’s platforms, applications and business processes. 

• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn continuously.

• Great attention to details and strong critical thinking.

• A proven record of excellent collaboration and communication skills.

• Fluency in a Nordic language and English. 

• Degree in IT or similar/gained knowledge from work experience.

It is beneficial if you also have:

• Worked with IT Governance frameworks/standards and their implementation.

• Experience within Identity and Access management area.

• Knowledge about AD, ACF2/RACF.
