We at Clevry are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in Helsinki or Stockholm. The position is full-time and based on-site, with some flexibility depending on location. About the role

This role is for someone who wants to create impact, not just maintain the status quo. As Clevry’s Recruitment and Staffing (RPO) business grows, you will shape how it goes to market – from positioning and messaging to campaigns and content that drive real pipeline. You will own the marketing strategy and execution for our RPO offering, working closely with the RPO team and reporting to the Head of Marketing.

While your focus will be primarily on RPO, you will also contribute to the broader Clevry marketing team to ensure a consistent and unified brand as the business scales.

This is a role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will define the direction and deliver it in practice, building the function as we grow. We’re not looking for someone to follow a playbook – but someone who can contribute to building it.

What you'll work on

  • Define how Clevry's RPO offering shows up in market — the positioning, the messaging, the channels — and ensure it connects naturally to the wider Clevry brand and platform narrative
  • Building and executing demand generation campaigns that drive awareness and pipeline, from planning to optimisation
  • Planning and executing Account-Based Marketing campaigns targeting key enterprise accounts – from audience selection and personalised messaging to multi-channel activation and pipeline tracking
  • Creating impactful content across the buyer journey, supporting both marketing and sales
  • Supporting candidate marketing strategies for RPO clients, from employer branding to multi-channel campaigns, with support from agencies
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, RPO leadership, and commercial teams to ensure alignment and revenue impact
  • Support the RPO go-to-market strategy in close collaboration with the wider marketing team and RPO leadership, contributing to a joined-up revenue engine across the RPO business
  • Using data and AI tools to continuously improve targeting, performance and efficiency

You will play a key role in ensuring that as the RPO business grows, it remains fully integrated within Clevry – not a separate entity

Experience we're looking for

We care more about mindset and potential than a perfect CV. That said, you’ll likely have some of the following:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with meaningful time spent in recruitment, RPO, staffing or HR tech
  • Fluent in English, along with either fluent Finnish or Swedish: proficiency in all three languages is considered a strong advantage
  • Proven experience in building and running campaigns that generate pipeline and measurable business impact
  • Strong content creation skills across multiple formats and channels
  • Ability to work both strategically and hands-on – you can define direction and execute independently
  • Experience working in or alongside a sales-led commercial team
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across teams and functions
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or similar platforms
  • Experience in scale-up or high-growth environments is considered an advantage
