Product Quality Investigator for a Automotive Company!

On behalf of our client, a global automotive technology company, we are seeking a Product Quality Investigator. In this role, you will ensure vehicle quality and customer satisfaction in the market by identifying, prioritizing, and driving product issues to resolution. ABOUT THE POSITION:

As a Product Quality Investigator, you will play a key role in monitoring field quality and ensuring that customer-perceived issues are understood and resolved efficiently. You will analyze data from multiple sources, coordinate stakeholders, and translate findings into structured actions. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams, aftermarket organizations, and global quality functions to improve processes and prevent recurring issues.

In addition to operational responsibilities, you will contribute to developing tools, processes, and ways of working that strengthen the company’s quality investigation capabilities and overall customer satisfaction performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, investigate, and drive the resolution of product quality issues using inputs such as warranty data, call center feedback, and other field sources.
• Participate in quality review forums, document decisions, and prioritize actions.
• Establish and maintain tools and processes for handling quality issues, ensuring alignment with aftermarket and global quality systems.
• Compile reports, statistics, and KPIs related to vehicle quality and customer satisfaction.
• Escalate deviations and roadblocks to management when necessary.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure efficient problem-solving across organizations and markets.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with aftermarket operations and quality issue resolution within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of complete vehicle systems (e.g., electronics, infotainment, chassis, interior, or exterior systems).
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver’s license (Category B).Great importance will be placed on personal suitability, and to succeed in this role, we believe you possess strong communication skills, as personal interactions are a central part of the job. This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by Friday. The assignment runs until the end of the year, with good opportunities for extension.
