NOBA has experienced rapid growth over the years, and our Treasury function has evolved in both complexity and scope. As cash management becomes increasingly central to our daily operations, we are looking to strengthen our team with a Treasury Analyst who is eager to take ownership and help us stay ahead in our cash and FX management team.
The Treasury function is responsible for all funding, risk- and liquidity management and capital. It is centralized in Stockholm and is responsible for the entire Group. Funding includes structured funding, unsecured bonds, and deposits from the general public across multiple countries. NOBA has a substantial cash and liquidity reserve distributed over all operational currencies, through multiple markets, asset classes and embedded derivatives solutions and operate cash pools. You'll have the opportunity to make an impact in the Treasury function and contribute to NOBA’s business objectives.
About the role:
As a Treasury Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring NOBA’s liquidity is optimized across currencies and banks. You’ll manage cash and FX flows, monitor and execute payment transactions, interests and coupons. Your responsibilities will also include liquidity forecasting, LCR forecasting, results analysis, FX hedging, and supporting Back Office, Business Control, and Accounting teams.
Daily tasks:
Monitor and manage short-term liquidity.
Optimize returns and meet regulations for cash exposures.
Conduct FX trading and hedging to manage currency risk and assure accurate currency distribution.
Support internal teams with analysis and operational tasks.
Participate in projects.
What we are looking for
University degree within Business administration, Economics, Law, Engineering or equivalent.
2-3 years’ experience within treasury.
Experience of working with cash pools and payment infrastructure.
Experience of working in a Treasury system.
Excellent skills in Excel.
Knowledge in regulatory requirements for liquidity e.g. LCR.
Fluency in both written and spoken Swedish and English
