Order and Delivery Specialist

About the job

We are on the lookout for an Order and Delivery Specialist. As a member of our global Order & Delivery team you will be part of a small and tight team that works closely together and that supports each other. You will ensure that our customers get world class service and support when purchasing Polarium products. The teams main responsibility is customer order management and includes, but is not limited to, order management, transport document handling, production and delivery follow-up, invoicing and claims handling.

This position is based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Qualification and experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience from working with large customers in a customer service role, inside sales role or as a customer facing project manager
• Experience from driving and implementing new or improved processes and ways of working internally and with customers
• Experience from working in Business Central
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Excellent English skills both verbally and in writing
• Experience from creating, analyzing, and reporting KPIs
• Basic Swedish knowledge
