Chief Experience Officer - Trainee

As CXO trainee you will have a unique opportunity to kick­start your career by working in different parts of the organization as well as leading projects. D​uring your trainee­period you will gain an in­depth knowledge of the online gaming industry and have the opportunity to truly make a difference in our organization. Y​ou will be part of a fast­paced and challenging business environment within our rapidly expanding company. Travels to various gaming summits will be on your itinerary as well as the startup and completion of your own projects. After the trainee­period is completed, the right candidate will be given a fantastic opportunity to further their career within LeoVegas.

During your trainee ­period you will:

• Learn about our entire product portfolio and get insights into our marketing strategies
• Participate in and lead projects across company functions
• Gain invaluable insight to high­level strategic product management
• Gain an understanding of consumer buying habits and market trends
• Participate in and lead management meetings
• Organize and assist CXO’s daily duties

What we are looking for

You are ambitious and hardworking with a strong eye for detail. We are looking for that unique person who thrives on challenges and enjoy having many things to do at the same time. You are an entrepreneur at heart and don't mind working in a regularly changing environment. We expect you to be quality­oriented and results driven. You are a pro­active team player and feel comfortable with a wide range of challenges. We take for granted that you are very humble, prestigeless and have a well­developed interpersonal skills.

Overall requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Business, Economy and/or Management
• Excellent spoken and written Swedish and English (Additional languages are given merit)
• High proficiency in the full Office package
• International experience is meriting
• Work experience in a related field is meriting
