Stena Line’s Transformation department has a crucial part in this journey. Now we are looking for an Enterprise Architect Lead to guide us.
What will you do?
As the Enterprise Architect Lead, your responsibility will be to design and define technology roadmaps and to drive strategies that will ensure that the architecture is robust enough to support Stena Lines goals. You will develop an enterprise target architecture that supports a semantic data layer with necessary security measures.
Working together with the Head of Technology, Head of Artificial Intelligence, Head of Strategy and Technology leads, you will provide overall direction, guidance and definition of architecture programs that effectively support business strategies within and across defined focus areas. You will also interface the overall architecture across Stena Line and Stena Group IT, and represent Stena Line in Stena’s Architecture Board.
As Enterprise Architect Lead, you will provide an architectural leadership for solution architects and the teams developing and implementing digital initiatives. You will be responsible for the definition, planning and implementation of a future proof architecture across the company.

Who are you?
We are looking for a leader with a positive “can do” attitude combined with exceptional problem-solving skills and a creative mind-set. You will have a strong technical knowledge and interest, with the ability to translate technical terminology and concepts into layman terms. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who can balance technology expertise and business acumen with a strong focus on efficiency. You know where we are heading, and you are not afraid to make decisions and challenge your co-workers along the way.
We believe you have experience from delivering digital architectures supported by technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, Cloud Computing, Internet of Things etc. You are comfortable being exposed to multiple, diverse technologies, hybrid technologies and have experience of the components of holistic solutions architecture such as cyber security, developing cloud integration and service-based architectures. For this role, in-depth knowledge of digital/technology architecture including software architectures, integration architectures, infrastructure architecture & web and mobile technologies across multiple different technology platforms will be necessary.
