Do you want to work with the development of analysis and calculations of SEB’s capital adequacy measures, have an interest in bank regulations, and passion for driving change as part of a larger team? Join the Capital & Liquidity Reporting team in Group Finance, located in Arenastaden in Stockholm!
Group Finance aims to deliver high-quality reports, decision-making data, and analyses to our many stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to run your own initiatives and be part of the strategic work needed to achieve the Group Finance common goals.
Above all, you will work with monitoring and implementation of new directives and regulations from the supervisory authorities/regulators, such as CRR3, and support the implementation of new tools to make information further available internally within the bank.
About the role
The position includes ensuring that various principles for effective risk data aggregation and risk reporting are being fulfilled as well as monthly and quarterly analysis, calculation and reporting of the bank's capital adequacy ratios, quarterly reporting of COREP Own Funds as well as several other capital adequacy reports, such as Large Exposures Financial Conglomerates and disclosures under Pillar 3. You will provide the basis for stress tests, act as contact towards the SEB supervisory authorities, and work with other relevant balance sheet analyses.

To succeed in your role with us you need to be an independent, structured, reliable, and driven person, with an analytical mindset and willingness to take ownership.
You also have:
• A degree from college or university, as an engineer or within finance,
• Minimum 10 years of experience working with similar questions,
• Great understanding of banks and bank regulations, such as CRR, CRD and BCBS 239,
• Advanced skills in Excel/MS Office,
• Programming skills in e.g., SQL and SAS is considered highly beneficial,
• A general understanding of working with Lean-Agile principles is considered as beneficial.
What we offer
In the Capital & Liquidity Reporting department, we have nine experts with a solid understanding of capital adequacy, balance sheet analysis, and liquidity risk reporting. We work globally with our subsidiaries and branches and closely interact with other departments of the bank, such as Treasury, Risk, and IT. All work is done in close collaboration with our Global Services department in Vilnius, where our production and IT development are located.
