The Service Desk Analyst is accountable for all aspects of the efficient and effective support of users requests and issues dealing with services and hardware provided by Corporate IT globally. The IT Support Analyst is responsible for ensuring user issues/requests are resolved/fulfilled effectively and efficiently.
We are looking for someone with a strong English language skills, along with some previous experience working in a similar role. Ideally you will also have experience supporting Windows based environments as the majority of our environments are Windows.
