Lead Designer UI/UX

You will be involved in the development and design of a new series of mobile apps focused on Music Creation. We are looking for a designer with strong interests and capabilities in the design and development of engaging user experiences. You have a passion for usability and user focused products and have experience building complex and detailed user interfaces. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of the digital design process.
• Define interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications
• Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed
• Be part of a testing team to interview, observe and understand user behavior
• Conduct A/B tests to tease out which design option best satisfies user needs
• Support new innovation projects by helping to validate whether or not an idea, in its current shape, is even worth building

Qualifications: - 3+ years of user experience and design experience for mobile and/or web applications; - Ability to create wireframes as well as visual design comps - Exceptional eye for design, production value and attention to detail - Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, drawing skills and sketchbook technique - Working knowledge of major design tools - Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in interaction design, new media design or related design field
