Account Administrator

Ve Interactive is a fast growing company that are looking for passionate, hardworking individuals to work as part of a team to help build one of the largest digital businesses of the decade! We are always adding to our product offering which means constant progression of knowledge base and experience.VeNordic has an HQ in Stockholm along with a Copenhagen office and we are looking to recruit an Account Administrator to our centrally located Stockholm office.

THE ROLE: You will play a key role in delivering accurately configured, tested and award-winning software to our Nordic clients. With over 700 clients, Ve Interactive Nordic provides a suite of highly sought after software solutions to ecommerce websites that helps our clients maximise their online potential. You report to Head of Client Operations, Stockholm.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS: - Key part in getting new clients up and running with our services - Work in close liaison with company departments in order to do this - Create client campaigns - Analyse and troubleshoot client issues - Maintain technical product materials and current product knowledge - Handle team reporting

YOUR PROFILE: You are a doer! Moreover you are an organised multi-tasker who thinks strategically about new opportunities and possibilities for improving results. The successful candidate is hard working, determined, passionate and has an eye for detail.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: - You have a high energy level, are open minded and positive - Excellent internal and external communication skills essential – both written and spoken - Swedish/Danish/Norwegian speaker - Team player that is attentive to the needs of clients and colleagues - You are organised, good with multi tasking and have a high stress tolerance - You live in, or close to Stockholm or are willing to move - The hunger to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment - Attention to detail - Organised to deliver high level of service - Self-motivated

YOUR EXPERIENCE: - Customer service orientated experience desirable - Basic HTML knowledge desirable - Basic Excel knowledge - Ability to speak English is essential
