Export Control Manager

We are now looking for an Export Control Manager willing to actively develop our process in a dynamic business environment and lead Export control in the Business support function of Strategic account management.

About the role

As an Export Control Manager, you will collaborate closely with our defence team, Scania functions involved in the export control process both in Sweden and internationally, strategic customers, and relevant authorities.

Your primary mission will be to ensure seamless alignment and compliance with export control regulations. This involves the timely acquisition of necessary permits and meticulous documentation.

Beyond compliance, you will spearhead process improvements and automation, integrate new regulatory requirements into business processes, and identify and assess export control risks to fortify the company's standing. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to drive innovation and safeguard our global operations.

Required experience and qualifications

We believe you have:
• University degree
• Experience in a similar role minimum 2 years with knowledge of potential compliance risks
• Strong Project Management skills
• Native speaker of Swedish, fluent in English
• EU citizenship
• Excellent interpersonal skills


Additional advantage:
• Certified Export Control Manager by the Swedish Export Control Society
• Mastery of export control regulations (Sweden, EU, International)
