We're looking for a Support Technician – Telephony who wants to play a key role in delivering reliable telephony services across our organization.
As part of our Support team, you will work closely with colleagues across the business as well as external vendors. Your primary focus will be to support, administer, and continuously improve our telephony platform.
Your responsibility will entail:
Provide technical support and handle incidents and service requests related to telephony.
Administer telephony platforms, PBX systems, call routing, and call groups.
Manage phone plans, mobile devices, and other IT-related service requests.
Troubleshoot and resolve more complex telephony-related issues.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and ways of working.
It's an advantage if you also have experience with telephony platforms or enterprise telephony solutions.
We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in technology and telephony who enjoys combining technical support with administration and coordination. You are structured, service-minded, and take ownership of your work while collaborating effectively with colleagues and vendors.
To succeed in this role, you likely have:
A strong service mindset and a genuine willingness to help others.
Experience working in IT support or a similar technical role.
A genuine interest in technology, particularly telephony.
A structured way of working and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
