Are you curious about how a global company attracts and engages talent? Do you enjoy creating content, telling stories, and building brands?

Join us as an Employer Branding & Communication intern and gain hands-on experience in how we bring our employer brand to life.

What you'll do

As part of the Industrial Technique Business Area People & Culture team this internship gives you the opportunity to explore how we build and strengthen our employer brand. You’ll contribute to meaningful initiatives that showcase who we are, what we believe in, and why people choose to grow with us.

You will:

• Create content for social media and career platforms
• Support employer branding campaigns and initiatives
• Plan and participate in student events and activities
• Contribute ideas to strengthen our storytelling and communication
• Help us attract and engage future talent

We’re also looking forward to learning from you - your ideas, creativity, and perspective will help us grow.

Who are you?

You’re a student who wants to turn theory into practice and explore employer branding and communication in a global environment.

You are:

• Curious and eager to learn
• Creative, with an interest in communication and storytelling
• Proactive and comfortable taking initiative
• Structured and accountable

And you:

• Are currently studying Communication, Marketing, HR, or a related field
  (Courses in digital marketing, social media, or employer branding are a plus, but not required).
• Complete this internship as part of your university program
• Can work on-site in Sickla
• Are fluent in English

Industrial Technique Business Area is part of the Atlas Copco Group and focuses on industrial assembly solutions, including tightening, bonding, and quality assurance technologies.
