👩‍💻 About The Role

As People & Culture Partner at Flower you will be an integral part of shaping our business and culture in collaboration with a dynamic team and stakeholders across the organization. This role blends strategic initiatives with hands-on People & Culture (P&C) operations, requiring both deep expertise within all areas of P&C, including a strong foundation in Compensation & Benefits, as well as a flexible & humble approach to support the team and Flower's continued growth.

What you'll do:

• Act as a strategic and operational partner to business leaders and stakeholders, providing expertise across all P&C areas at every level of the organisation.

• Coach leaders to enhance their leadership skills and drive team success.

• Build collaborative partnerships to identify shared goals and deliver impactful results, both within and between teams.

• Lead strategic initiatives and develop scalable processes that support growth and organizational performance.

• Manage day-to-day P&C operations to ensure compliance and a positive employee experience.

• Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with organizational goals to attract and retain top talent.
  

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 5 years in a similar role, ideally in an international environment.

• Proven success in designing and implementing global compensation and benefits structures.

• Deep understanding of Swedish labor law and work environment standards. Knowledge of labor law in other European countries is considered a plus.

• Strong interpersonal skills combined with excellent communication, high integrity and an analytical approach.

• A builder who thrives creating new processes, programs, ways of working.

• Forward-leaning approach to P&C, with a track record of bringing automation and AI tools into practice to make the function smarter and more impactful.

• Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken.

• University degree in Human Resources or a related field.

You'll be joining a small, ambitious P&C team that takes its work seriously. We're proud of our talent density and the depth of experience we bring, from garage-band startups and Stockholm's tech scene to global corporations and legacy industries. 📍 Location
Our beautiful office is located in the heart of Södermalm, just a short walk from Slussen subway station. We encourage in-office collaboration but support a hybrid work model.

The process has six stages:

1. Application review
2. Introduction call with Head of Talent Acquisition
3. Hiring Manager interview with CPCO
4. Case interview with Head of Talent Acquisition
5. Stakeholder conversation with a member of the management team
6. CEO interview
