Are you the Fullstack Engineer we’re looking for?
As a Fullstack Engineer at Sitoo, you'll play a vital role in building our next-generation web products. You'll join a small, agile team focused on developing the world's best Point of Sales and Unified Commerce Platform. Your work will span front and backend applications built with React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
The POS team is a high-impact, cross-functional team where Product, Engineering, and Design work side by side to redefine the point-of-sale experience. In close partnership with our customers, we build everything from robust backend services to polished, intuitive iOS and Android apps, shipping features that solve real problems in real stores. We thrive in a fast-paced environment and value close collaboration, pragmatic decision-making, and a shared curiosity about how retail actually works.
Build and ship end-to-end features across React/TypeScript web frontends and Node.js/TypeScript backend services - from discovery to production rollout
Design and integrate APIs and services that power the mobile POS experience
Bring a strong product mindset: care about user outcomes, iterate based on feedback, and optimize for real store workflows
Collaborate daily with Product, Design, and mobile engineers to turn customer problems into pragmatic technical solutions
While we focus on Node.js and TypeScript, you aren’t afraid to dive into our Go or PHP services when the mission requires it
Take full ownership of initiatives, from architectural design to production
5+ years of experience, with a heavy leaning toward Node.js, but a "can-do" attitude toward React-based frontend tasks.
Experience in architecture and system design, with the ability to make pragmatic technical decisions and design scalable, maintainable solutions across frontend and backend.
A proven ability to drive initiatives and make pragmatic architectural decisions in a fast-paced environment.
You care about the why behind the code and how it impacts the end-user.
Strong TypeScript skills are a must, but you’re curious and willing to touch Go or PHP for maintenance.
Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
