About the role
You’ll join the Customer & Partner Experience team, responsible for SEB’s external API channels and Bank 4.0. We build business-critical applications that connect customers and partners with SEB’s products and services. Within the Business Infrastructure domain, our mission is to deliver user-friendly and secure solutions that work reliably across SEB’s product landscape, business teams, and external ecosystem.

In this role, you’ll design and build solutions across the stack—from intuitive frontend experiences to the backend services that power them—and take ownership through the full lifecycle, ensuring what you deliver is reliable, maintainable, and built to scale.

As a Full Stack Developer in the Connectivity & API department, you’ll be a key player in one of Sweden’s most exciting technology journeys—enabling and accelerating SEB’s API ecosystem.

About our team
You’ll join a friendly and highly skilled team of UX designers and fullstack developers who enjoy solving real problems through code. We work agile in short iterations, with regular demos, feedback, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:

Writing efficient, well-structured Golang and C# based microservices and APIs, supported by robust unit tests
Writing and improving Angular based frontend code for customer facing interfaces.
Collaborating closely with other developers, architects, and stakeholders to support team and business objectives

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

Backend development experience using languages such as Go or C# (5+ years)
A strong understanding of modern API design, microservices, and distributed systems
Having a solid understanding of the .NET ecosystem, including frameworks, tooling, and development patterns
Frontend experience (2+ years) with modern frameworks such as Angular or similar
Experience with AI‑assisted development tools, such as GitHub Copilot, to improve code quality, productivity, and developer experience
A solid grasp of design patterns and modern software development practices
Experience working in complex technical environments
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken); Swedish is a plus.
A solution-oriented mindset and a passion for building high quality, maintainable systems

Bonus points for experience with:

CI/CD (GitHub Actions)
Container/orchestration (Kubernetes)
Microservices architecture and REST-based API
