Logistics Coordinator

What you’ll do:

We are currently looking for a proactive and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our EMEA team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring an efficient, scalable, and cost-effective logistics setup across the region. You will not only manage daily operations but also take ownership of improvements, projects, and ways of working within logistics.

You will act as the main point of contact between Marshall Group and our 3PL partner, with responsibility for both inbound and outbound flows. The role reports to the EMEA Operations Manager and includes close collaboration with Sales, Operations, and global teams across China, the US, and Europe. Occasional travel will occur, mainly to our warehouses.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Own and coordinate shipments with our logistics provider, ensuring high service levels and efficiency
• Plan, manage, and optimize inbound flows from China and outbound deliveries from the European 3PL warehouse
• Drive logistics-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. cost optimization, lead time reduction, process standardization)
• Act as a key stakeholder in developing and improving collaboration with our 3PL partner
• Manage special transportation and express shipments when needed
• Manage monthly month end KPI's
• Coordinate product rework activities and secure efficient execution
• Act as a central point of contact between internal teams and external partners
• Own intercompany flows and warehouse transfers, ensuring smooth execution
• Manage yearly cycle count process
• Monitor, analyze, and help drive improvements based on logistics KPIs

You probably have the following experiences & skills:

• 3–5 years of experience within operations, supply chain, or logistics
• Strong Excel skills and solid experience working in ERP systems (preferably D365)
• Proven ability to drive improvements or lead smaller projects
• Experience from retail, FMCG, or consumer electronics is a strong advantage
